NORTHERN KENTUCKY CES (Cold Spring, KY) / OHIO VALLEY EC (Shelbyville, KY)
Program Description:
The NKCES/OVEC cooperatives serve approximately 150 Blind and Visually Impaired students in 28 school districts. We have 6 full time and 8 part-time teachers covering the 14 county area.
We began the QPVI process in December of 2008.
