We meet with our staff as a whole 5 times a year and have other "issues" we have to cover in addition to QPVI. So, that being said, I do believe we are making headway. We've developed and are asking staff to use a "folder checklist" to assure that crucial items are included in their new folders. We're also updating the Masterlist for all staff, and are beginning to use it for caseload tracking that Tom and I use. Administrators above Tom are also requesting this information.

We are going to initiate the Time Study for a two week period in March.

We meet with individual regions (we have 4 across the state) in the months between when we can meet with all the staff. Again, these regional meetings have other issues with which we need to deal, but the QPVI is always part of it.
