Jordan is the face behind the various forms used to implement QPVI across the country, as well as the editor and layout designer of the QPVI GUIDE. After growing up around the Austin, Texas, area, Jordan attended Southwestern University, where he met Andrew, the webmaster for QPVI. After a few years, Jordan finally began working with Nancy, originally transforming the early editions of the Master List (in Word) into Excel, and most recently, into the simple web form used now. Jordan went on to overhaul most of the forms and documents commonly used by V.I. professionals. Jordan designed the Essential Assessments Rubric (earubric.com), the extensive navigation application that brings all the common forms, from Eye Reports to FVA's, from ECC Needs Assessments to LMA's, to one easy-to-use place. If you use QPVI's wiki sites, forms, or surveys, you've probably seen Jordan's work.
In his spare time, Jordan manages his software support firm, jordanabernathy.com, plays piano and bass guitar, umpires youth league baseball games, and volunteers for a several local non-profit organizations. He lives and works in Austin.
