I'm posting samples sent to me, or ones I've written. As you look at them, be aware that some are year-end reports, if the Self-Study is not complete. Some are Self-Study Reports, and some are Validity Checks, which occur during Phase Two. They all report out a little differently and address data and accountability differently as well. The Power Point of Key Component #1, the Master List, was developed by Amy McKenzie of FSU, who is conducting QP in Florida. Take a look, it is quite elegant.
